Del Conte Barolo DOCG
Cantina del Ciabot has over 125 years of history - Giovanni, the winery's founding father, bought the first vineyard in 1896. Today, the 5th generation is already working at the winery. The Cantina is located in Farigliano, 18 km south of Barolo. The vineyards extend from the Dogliani area to Roero. The winery cultivates a wide variety of traditional and international grape varieties. Over the years, this has led to the idea of trying out new wine creations. A risk for the region, Piedmont is synonymous with single-varietal wines. The Cantina del Ciabot is breaking new ground with its Super Piedmontese wines, which were inspired by the Supertuscans. They want to set modern standards for the region and combine the special characteristics of the local vines with international classics. The family's aim is to follow cultural and oenological change and transfer it to the Piedmontese wine world. They produce both innovative and traditional wines that move with the times and reflect the latest taste trends.
