The raisined grapes are gently pressed and later matured to perfection over several months.
A powerful blend of Syrah and Marselan that reminds of the famous appassimento wines. It offers complex and pleasant aromas of ripe dark berries meld with a French oak signature vanilla and tobacco. Dense, compact and concentrated on the palate with juicy, soft and caressing texture. A masterpiece with a fruity disposition that balances the savory backbone perfectly. Flavours of black currant, cherry and a touch of toasted nuts can be found on the long finish. Delicious when paired with dry aged beef. It will be perfect choice for all upcoming barbecues with friends and family.
Revolution = French-Ripasso. Revolution Dry Aged Red is a true revelation that tells a story of power, sun and red fruits. The winery takes a new approach with their Dry Aged Red, presenting a power wine that beguiles the senses and redefines Southern French wine enjoyment. The sun-drenched grapes are partially dried directly on the vine, one of the appassimento processes, which removes water from the grapes and concentrates them. The raisined Syrah as well as Marselan grapes, a new breeding between Cabernet Sauvignon x Grenache Noir, are gently pressed. This is followed by aging with partial wood aging. It results in a modern, full-bodied, extremely opulent and soft Sudfranzose.
