Revolution = French-Ripasso. Revolution Dry Aged Red is a true revelation that tells a story of power, sun and red fruits. The winery takes a new approach with their Dry Aged Red, presenting a power wine that beguiles the senses and redefines Southern French wine enjoyment. The sun-drenched grapes are partially dried directly on the vine, one of the appassimento processes, which removes water from the grapes and concentrates them. The raisined Syrah as well as Marselan grapes, a new breeding between Cabernet Sauvignon x Grenache Noir, are gently pressed. This is followed by aging with partial wood aging. It results in a modern, full-bodied, extremely opulent and soft Sudfranzose.
