Arillo in Terrabianca

Represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship from Arillo in Terrabianca. This exclusive blend of 40% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot embodies the essence of Tuscan elegance, depth and structure.

Only the finest grapes from vineyards in Radda in Chianti and the Maremma are selected. The wine matures for 24 months in new and used French oak barriques, followed by 12 months of bottle ageing.

In the glass, it reveals an intense cherry-red colour. The bouquet opens with ripe dark fruit, cherry, blackcurrant, delicate pepper tones and subtle hints of chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with velvety tannins and a refined interplay of fruit, spice and oak. The finish is long, balanced and elegant.

Pairs well with: Italian cuisine, hearty dishes, grilled meats and herb-crusted beef fillet.
