It pays tribute to Il Passatore, the legendary northern Italian brigand and folk hero who inspired its name and rebellious spirit.

This secret cuvée combines carefully selected native grape varieties that reflect the authenticity of northern Italy’s terroir. Part of the wine matures in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit, while another portion ages in barriques and large oak casks, developing depth, harmony and character.

In the glass, Il Passatore reveals a deep ruby hue with purple reflections.
On the nose, it expresses intense aromas of dark fruit, vanilla, chocolate and a hint of tobacco.
On the palate, it is rich, smooth and well-balanced, with layers of fruit, spice and velvety tannins. The finish is long and elegant, with a gentle warmth that lingers.

Inspired by the outlaw Briganti, in collaboration with our long-time Italian friends, oenologists and wine experts, we have developed an innovative, powerful and fascinating line of wines. Instead of relying on traditional appellations, we thought "fuori dal comune", thinking outside the box, and developed unique and novel creations from different Italian regions, using the best vines and mainly autochthonous grapes. In doing so, we have defied conventional rules and produced wines that have not existed in this form until now.
