The convenient half-bottle edition 37.5 cl of the renowned Zenato wine is a deep, almost black red wine of impressive density. Made from Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes, it is aged for 18 months in French barriques followed by 6 months of bottle ageing. On the nose, it reveals a fresh and fruity bouquet of ripe cherries, spices, floral nuances and a hint of walnut. On the palate, it is rich and velvety, with layers of complex berry flavours and a long, balanced finish. This elegant wine pairs beautifully with lamb fillet, lamb rump, Boeuf Stroganoff, grilled meats and a wide variety of Italian dishes.
