A precise and finely structured vintage Champagne made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay. The grapes come from the chalk-rich soils of the Côte des Blancs, known for their mineral elegance and purity.

The cuvée matures for an average of five years on the lees, followed by at least six months of rest after disgorgementto refine its aroma profile and balance.

In the glass, the Blanc de Blancs shows a medium yellow colour with a fine, lively mousse. The bouquet reveals fresh hazelnut, honey and almond, accompanied by white flowers such as acacia, broom and honeysuckle.

On the palate, the Champagne is fresh, delicate and bright, supported by a soft texture, elegant acidity and the almost chalky minerality typical of the Côte des Blancs. Subtle hints of mint and brioche accompany the long, harmonious finish.
