Crochet is one of the top wineries in the region and the deep and mineral Sancerre from his estate, grown on the typical limestone soils of the region, stands for soothing, refreshing wine enjoyment with an excellent price-pleasure ratio. The winery with 35 hectares of vineyards, is located in the municipality of Bué. Also, most of the vineyards are located in this municipality; however, some plots extend to Sancerre, Crézancy and Vinon.
