Service hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (CET/CEST). Delays may occur on weekends and public holidays. For urgent matters, include a short note with your order number. We aim to provide fast, clear answers – from availability and vintages to packaging in wooden cases or gift boxes.

  • Phone: Call during service hours; if we are in the warehouse or advising a client, we will call you back.

Important: buonvino.gmbh delivers exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Prices are in CHF incl. VAT, plus shipping according to checkout selection. We handle questions on returns, delivery timing or transport damage transparently and solution-oriented. Please provide photos and the parcel number where applicable.
