A fruity and tangy rosé. Fresh on the palate with a subtle fruity note and a great finish. A sensual and fruity bouquet of strawberries and peach blossom on the nose. A wonderful aperitif wine! But also with fish or salmon tartare with avocado, an ideal accompaniment to Thai cuisine.

Les Maîtres Vignerons de la presqu'Île de Saint-Tropez is a fantastic cooperative which, with the regional cooperation of a total of ten wineries, chateaux and some winemakers from the region, has become the leading wine producer of the Côtes de Provence. It produces on the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, in three large, modern cellars from 90% of the grapes rose wines. 900 hectares of vineyards, which are predominantly with southern French names such as Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Syrah are carefully cultivated. Characterized by the adjacent sea, the Côtes de Provence is one of the most beautiful regions of the Côte d'Azur with a warm climate that offers the vines optimal conditions for ripening. Through the merger, the winery benefits from an incredible know-how of winemakers and is one of the sure and indispensable values of Provence with its qualitative, magnificent and inviting Roses.
