Louis Roederer – Elegance from the Champagne Region
Founded in 1776 and family-owned since 1819, Louis Roederer is one of the few great Champagne houses that has preserved its independence across generations. Now led by the seventh generation, the estate is defined by precision, integrity and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Roederer cultivates 240 hectares of its own vineyards, exclusively located in Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites across the Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs. This diversity of terroirs forms the foundation of the house style – refined, mineral, elegant and remarkably consistent.
Each of the estate’s 410 vineyard parcels is harvested and vinified separately. Grapes are processed directly in the vineyards, following a fully controlled path from press to cellar. This meticulous approach preserves the unique character of each plot. The cellar master then creates harmonious blends that express depth, finesse and purity.
In the dim, tranquil cellars, the wines mature over many years, developing the complexity and serene elegance for which Roederer is renowned worldwide. Every cuvée reflects a philosophy that balances heritage, craftsmanship and forward-thinking viticulture.
Louis Roederer embodies Champagne at its finest – timeless, precise and defined by an extraordinary sense of place.
