Champagne Brut Collection 245
The Champagne Brut Collection 245 by Louis Roederer is the redefinition of an iconic non-vintage Champagne: complete, complex, modern and powerful at once. As the successor to the legendary Brut Premier, the Collection 245 embodies the unmistakable Roederer house style with 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier from selected crus of Champagne. Three years of cellar ageing and at least six months of rest after disgorgement guarantee the renowned Roederer quality in every glass.
Producer: Champagne Louis Roederer, Reims
Founded in 1776, the Champagne Louis Roederer estate has been family-owned since 1819 and is today led by its seventh generation. It is one of the last great Champagne houses to have preserved its independence. Its 240 hectares of vineyards – exclusively Grand and Premier Cru sites – are harmoniously spread across the three most important growing areas of Champagne: the Montagne de Reims, the Marne Valley and the Côtes des Blancs. Grapes from 410 individual plots are processed on-site and follow a fully controlled winemaking process. In the dimly lit cellars, great Champagnes mature into true masterpieces – guided by the cellar master who upholds the style of the house.
