This Vermentino from Il Palazzo shines in a straw yellow with greenish hues and delights with an intense bouquet of citrus fruits, enhanced by fine herbal notes of sage and rosemary. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with delicate mineral hints and a smooth, harmonious finish. Thanks to temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, its aromatic clarity is perfectly preserved.
Perfect with: aperitifs, light starters, fish, white meat, spaghetti alle vongole and Mediterranean cuisine.
