Cantina del Ciabot looks back on more than 125 years of wine history. In 1896, Giovanni, the founding father of the winery, purchased the first vineyard. Today, the 5th generation is already working at the estate. The winery is located in Farigliano, 18 km south of Barolo, and the vineyards extend from the Dogliani area to Roero. The estate cultivates a wide variety of both traditional and international grape varieties. Cantina del Ciabot combines Piedmontese wine tradition with modern cellar work and a clear sense of origin, grape variety and style. This results in wines that express the character of Piedmont precisely and in a contemporary way.
