Cantina del Ciabot looks back on more than 125 years of history – in 1896, Giovanni, the founding father of the winery, acquired the first vineyard. Today, the 5th generation is already working at the estate in Farigliano, around 18 km south of Barolo. The vineyards extend from the Dogliani area to Roero and include a wide variety of traditional and international grape varieties.
