Return Policy

We kindly ask the buyer to inspect the condition of the received goods immediately upon receipt. The buyer has the right to return the wines within 10 days of delivery without giving any reason (for webshop orders, return to: Cave Amann SA, Weinplatz, Blumenwiesstrasse 6, 9220 Bischofszell). The buyer bears the cost of the return shipment. Upon receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid will be refunded or credited to the customer, provided that the goods are in perfect condition.

Defective Wines

Wines that are opened after the above-mentioned 10-day period and found to have a defect (e.g., cork taste) can only be replaced with wines of equal value under the following conditions:
