Demuerte Rosé Yecla DO
Demuerte Rosé
Yecla DO
embodies elegance, freshness and balance in perfect harmony. Crafted from 50 % Monastrell and 50 % Syrah, it reflects the sunny Mediterranean character of its origin while maintaining a refined, modern profile. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently vinified to preserve their delicate fruit and floral nuances.
Aged for four months in stainless steel, the wine retains its crispness and purity. In the glass, it shines with a pale, delicate pink hue and subtle salmon reflections. On the nose, floral and herbal notes intertwine with aromas of strawberry and cherry.
The palate is crisp, lively and well-rounded, offering juicy red fruit, bright acidity and a smooth, harmonious finish. A refreshing and versatile Rosé, ideal as an aperitif, or paired with tapas, light appetizers and summer dishes. Serve well-chilled at 8–10 °C to enjoy its elegance and vibrant charm – a modern expression of Mediterranean finesse.

Mislata, Cava - Yecla
In the southeast of Spain, Karel and Pablo create modern, full-bodied and first-class wines with passion and heart. The young dynamic couple lets wine and art - Vino y Arte - meet in a sophisticated combination. While La Màs Bonita, as Pablo also calls his lady of the heart, creates the hip and provocative designs, El Chico Malo, alias Pablo, lives his passion for the art of winemaking with heart and soul. He cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards, which are mainly planted with Monastrell. Monastrell - not the winemaker's best friend - but Pablo masters the challenge with bravura and attention to detail, producing wines with sophistication, warmth, depth and modernity. While tasting a new wine, Karel raved that this wine was to die for - and the name of the wine was found - DEMUERTE. The two are freaks and extremely down-to-earth at the same time. They live 100% their passion, great wines combined with art and a wink.
