della Valpolicella Classico DOCG

Hand-picked grapes of the Corvina (50%), Rondinella (40%) and other red grape varieties (10%) are cleaned and slowly dried in fruit crates in specially ventilated rooms. The now partially raisined grapes are then processed into a dry, highly concentrated wine using a traditional method. This wine is only produced in the best vintages.
Color: Dark, brick-colored ruby red. Aromatic, fresh and intense bouquet. Velvety on the palate with a fruity, beautiful finish. Goes well with desserts as well as at the end of a meal.
