In the middle of Salento, where the climate is favourable and the winemakers experienced, the Azienda Vinicola Mocavero was founded in 1950. In full respect of tradition and thanks to years of experience in grape processing using the most modern technologies, wine of the highest quality is produced. In 1989, father Pietro Mocavero passed responsibility to his two sons Francesco and Marco. They brought new energy to the winery and began bottling the wines themselves. Quality improved steadily, and they soon produced wines of international standard. With the construction of a new winery, the Mocavero brothers are well prepared for the future.
